Delivery and returns
Carriers and prices:
All prices indicated for Audilo products include taxes. Delivery fees are applied on top of these prices.
You can see the amount of the delivery fee before purchasing simply by adding the product to your basket.
Delivery fees may be waived under certain conditions (conditions for each carrier displayed in the basket) or with a promo code during specific periods.
All orders are sent via La Poste (Lettre Suivie, Delivengo or Colissimo) or Chronopost.
About express delivery (Chronopost):
Orders submitted and paid for before 3 p.m. are generally dispatched on the same day. Orders received and paid for after 3 p.m. are sent the next day, unless, exceptionally, the product is out of stock (in this case, you will be notified by email or telephone).
About other carriers (Colissimo, Lettre Suivie, inter): Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (except for orders placed on a Friday, which are dispatched the following Monday).
- The delivery time for orders dispatched by La Poste is normally 48–72 hours.
- The delivery time for orders dispatched by Chronopost is 24 hours. Orders are delivered the day after they are dispatched, before 1 p.m.
- The delivery time for orders dispatched by Mondial Relay is longer, at around 8 working days (module currently under maintenance).
In accordance with our Terms of Sale, you have 14 days, starting from the day on which you receive the product, to change your mind and return an order with which you are not entirely satisfied.
To do so, you need to send us the items you do not want to keep. Please make sure you include all accessories and packaging.
They must be in perfect condition, and the packaging must not be damaged. The products must be able to be resold. If any damage is observed or not all of the item is intact, it will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund (the item will be considered used, not new).
Audilo must agree to the return before you send off the item(s), via the ‘Contact us’ section or your account area.
Please attach a copy of the invoice and mention that you would like a refund.

Please note that, in accordance with the French Consumer Code:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed by the customer after delivery. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to items that cannot be sent back or taken back for hygiene or health protection reasons.
This applies to all products that come into contact with the skin (ear protection, ear defenders, earphones, sound pillows, etc.).

2) After-sales service
In the case of an after-sales service procedure to return a faulty item under warranty, you must send us the item with its accessories and original packaging. This should be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note explaining the fault.

Upon reception, a test will be carried out to check the fault. If the item is faulty, it will be send to our manufacturer.
Once they have checked it, it will be repaired or, if it is in stock, you will be sent a new one. If the item has been discontinued, you will be offered an equivalent product or a credit note for the amount of your purchase.
Under no circumstances will refunds be given for this kind of return (only an exchange or a credit note).
It will take around 3 weeks to process the return.

A request for a withdrawal or return under warranty will be opened when you write to us via the details above.
Any requests not made via the aforementioned contact channels will not be taken into account.
CERFA treatment forms
Treatment forms are only sent if you request one during your purchase of hearing aid batteries. If you did not request a treatment form during the order process:
- Please request one during your next order, indicating the relevant order number in the comments.
- Alternatively, you can send us a stamped envelope with your return address.
Under no circumstances can the treatment form be sent separately from an order.
