Shipping

We ship most orders from our London office, via Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class or Special Delivery. Royal Mail standard deliver service to arrive 2-3 business days from the receipt of paid for order.
Some items where noted "Ships from Manufacturer" may take longer, and if ordered with other items will arrive separately. Delivery information can be found on the product detail pages for these items.
Shipping charges are per delivery address, items that require us to ship separately will not incur additional delivery charges. Shipping charges are not valid for trade sales.

Shipping to a different address: if you buy for a parent or a friend, or if you prefer to have your order sent to your work or any other place, we can have it sent directly to them, when ordering, you have the option to enter a different shipping address, just indicate the correct shipping name and address and we will send it. Note that delivery charges are based on the delivery address, not the invoicing address.

Free Shipping on this Product

Some products are sent with free shipping.

Free shipping items can be promotional and temporarily or permanent. Please refer to each product detail page.
If a product is free shipping, it will be clearly indicated on the product detail page.
Note that when you buy multiple products, the free shipping products total are not added to the total used for the shipping charges.

• non-deliveries to an erroneous address, re-delievry will be charged at the same rate as the initial order's delivery rates.
• non-deliveries for unclaimed parcels at your post office in case of customers absence at the time of delivery ,re-delievry will be charged at the same rate as the initial order's delivery rates. Re-delivery of 'Free shipping on this product' items will be charged at the standard shipping rate as in the table here above.

VAT

All our prices are inclusive of VAT!
Unlike most of our competitors, we prefer to be transparent about VAT. We find it annoying to be attracted by a low price and then, once in the checkout, to find that VAT is added...
Example: a well know  deaf equipment website, advertises the same hearing aid cleaning spray as us.
The price you can see on their product page is 'only' £3.89.
Once you click on the 'add to basket', the price suddendly jumps to £9.62, that is nearly 3 times as much as they add both delivery charge and VAT...
We sell the very same product inclusive of shipping and VAT for only £6.98 or 30% cheaper...
So beware of 'cheaper' prices...
