The tablet is filled with orange dessicant that will absord moisture from your hearing instrument. It will slowly turn from orange to white, which will indicate that it is saturated in humidity and needs to be replaced by a new one.
It is not easy to predict how long these tablets will last as it depends on many external factors such as local humidity level or perspiration.
Generally speaking it should last 2-4 months.
