Placing Your First Order

This page contains step-by-step instructions on how to place your very first order on audilo.co.uk.

1. Find what you want to buy

If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type its name in any of the search boxes around the website. 

Alternatively, you can find the product(s) you need by browsing through the categories. Click tabs and links around the website until you discover what you are after
At all time, you will find the main categories on the left menu. Click on the category you think your product might be under and you will find all the products and/or sub-categories.
If you clicked on the wrong category, simply choose another one or click on the back buttion of your browser.

To get more information about a product, click on the picture to see its product information page. There you'll find:

• image/s of the item
• detailed product information
• reviews
• the opportunity to buy the item
• the buttons you need to add the item to your Shopping Basket
  

2. Add it to your Shopping Basket

The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind. When have found the product you want,
simply click the "Add to Shopping Basket" button on the item's product information page.
If you need more than one, select the quantity needed before adding them to your basket!

If you can't see an "Add to Shopping Basket" button, it's because the item isn't available from audilo.co.uk.

If you need other products, once you have added a first product, you will be asked if you wish to go to the checkout or if you wish to continue shopping.

When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click "View Cart" in the top right-hand corner of the page.

3. Find out the shipping costs

Every time you add a product to your basket,  your basket page will show up and display the total shipping costs so far.
If you remove or add an item, the shipping costs are automatically re-calculated.

3. Fill in the order form

The instructions below outline each ordering step. If you have difficulty, do not hesitate to contact us.

Enter your first and last nale, e-mail address, and invoice address. If you pay using a credit or debit card, the invoice address is the address where your card statements are sent to.

IMPORTANT: The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it. You must use your own e-mail address, even if you're buying something for someone else. If you make a mistake in your email address, we will not be able to send you any order or shipping confirmation!

If your delivery address is the same as your invoice addres, leave it blank?

If your delivery address is different simply fill in the shipping address form.

Select a delivery method and delivery option

Consider how quickly you'd like to receive your order, and choose a delivery method. If the order is for UK delivery, and it qualifies, you will be able to select free Super Saver Delivery as your delivery option. Super Saver Delivery is not the default delivery method because the total delivery time (from when you place your order to when it arrives) for Super Saver Delivery is 2-4 days longer than for First Class delivery. If you choose the first option, we'll show you the minimum number of deliveries needed to complete your order. If you choose the second option, we'll dispatch items to you as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. You'll be charged for each separate delivery.

The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

Provide a password and method of payment

Choose a password for your account. audilo.co.uk will not provide the password for you. You'll be able to use your e-mail address and password to make changes to your order and account information any time you like, so make sure you remember which e-mail address and password you used.

Next, let us know how you want to pay for your order. We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Maestro, Solo, cheques or postal orders (denominated in Pounds Sterling) and audilo.co.uk gift certificates as payment. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit or debit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

Review and submit your order

Check the information you've provided and make adjustments by clicking the "edit" button next to the relevant information. When you're ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. We'll then send you a confirmation e-mail message. We'll also send you an e-mail message when we dispatch the order to you.
