BTE Cleaning

Clean the earmold daily. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and always check the opening of the earmould to be sure it is not clogged with earwax as a clogged opening will prevent sound from reaching your ear.
About once per week you should wash the earmould using effervescent tablets
