NEW: Widex
CeruSTOP NanoCare™ wax guards (pack of 8)
NanoCare™
- the new super wax guard from Widex
Inspired by nature
Inspired by the remarkable self-cleaning properties of the lotus plant,
Widex has developed the ultimate in moisture and dust resistance.
The NanoCare™ wax guard system provides hearing aids with
long-term resistance to moisture and earwax and actively prevents
matter from entering the opening of the receiver while safeguarding the
sound path.
Innovative and
user-friendly
Innovative and simple to use, NanoCare provides users with the best
protection against earwax, moisture and dust available today.
NanoCare has no negative effect on the hearing
aid’s performance and is easy to use and handle.
NanoCare is compatible
with the existing wax guard system, CeruStop.
Presently NanoCare can be used in our new hearing aid,
Widex Passion - the world’s smallest receiver-in-canal (RIC)
- with no discernible loss in sound quality.
NanoCare - for an active
lifestyle
Widex recognises that hearing aid users lead an active life. And
nothing can be more disruptive to users than having their hearing aids
repaired.
However, the NanoCare™ wax guard is so effective in
protecting hearing aids from earwax, moisture and dust that repairs are
dramatically decreased. This is good news for all users - less time
without their hearing aids means more time for the things that matter.
Push-on
CIC wax filter guards against wax intrusion into hearing aid.
What will I get?
Comes in a carrying case containing 8 wax guards.
When should I change my wax
guards? Since
the amount of earwax produced by each individual can vary dramatically,
it is recommended that the wax guard be checked daily.
If the hearing aid is weak/silent or if wax is visible in the wax
guard, it’s time to change the wax guard.
Are there different types? Yes, audilo
sells 2
types of Widex CeruSTOP wax filters, the NanoCare™
as described here, but also the
